We will get the product picked up at our expense. We will send a new piece once we receive the old parcel, it may take up to 15-20 days. Opening video is a must to report a damaged product. We provide size exchange services, please mail us at VIRITWEAVES@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91 9510701503 with your order number. You will have to ship back the product to us, we will update with the address details on WhatsApp or mail. Please mention your order number and name while returning the parcel to us. We will send a new piece once we receive the old parcel, please maintain the courier receipt of the parcel sent so that it is trackable in case of any delay in delivery of old parcel, we take no responsibility until the parcel is received to us. Please note: Products bought from our sale section are not returnable, refundable or size exchangeable.
